Our Webhelp system can be tested by using the two panels below. Each panel interacts directly with our sales team and demonstrates the system from your website visitors point of view.

Webhelp is FREE for our Webhelp branded version with ONE user license, on ONE website, with STATIC callbacks and up to 10,000 impressions per month. Extra websites and users are available if required. The costs of these extras are listed here.
The main difference between the two examples below are the different Callback functionality. Our Static Callback version and our Dynamic Callback version.
1. USING STATIC CALLBACK'S >>> The end user enters their details on the form, and clicks "Next >" and then "Request Call Back!". A pop-up is then displayed to the user that is signed into our FREE downloadable software. They then click on the pop up and manually make a phone call to the end user. |

2. USING DYNAMIC CALLBACK'S >>> The end user puts their phone number into the form and chooses the time they wish to receive a call (within your opening hours). When that time comes the system first calls you (and prompts you to wait a moment) and then calls them. Once they answer the phone, you are connected to them as normal. |
