1. DOWNLOAD THE FREE SOFTWARE
The free Webhelp software can be downloaded from here (opens in a new window)
2. GUIDELINES FOR INSTALLATION:
You will require the email containing the download link for the software and relevant login details. If you have not yet received this or have lost it, then please contact us.
When running the software for the first time a wizard will start, allowing you to enter your connection details. Please follow the directions below and use the next button to proceed through the stages:
2.1 Run the software
2.2 When asked for the User Name enter your First Name, then Surname and Company Name
2.3 When you arrive at a window asking for the WebHelp server address, enter 212.84.189.194
2.4 Enter the Authentication String which is WEBHELP
2.5 Enter the Username & Password which would have been sent to you via email.
2.6 Enter your Display Name and Department you would like to test with.
2.7 Click next to continue at each stage. After completing the setup wizard, the software will start. From them on, the help files in the Webhelp software at the top right of the software window should assist further. If you are still stuck on anything please get in contact with us.
