A minimum of one website licence and one user licence is required to operate a working webhelp service.
A fair usage policy applies to the number of page impressions generated by each licensed website. See our Terms & Conditions for further details.
Billing is based on calendar months. Your first invoice will cover the period to the end of the current calendar month and also the first full month. Monthly charges thereafter are invoiced in advance at the beginning of each month and are payable by Direct Debit only.
